Digital Signage

Dynamic or Digital Signage is a form of electronic display that broadcasts information, advertising and other messages. Digital signage typically features large LCD’s or projected images, controlled by networked computers or media players running custom developed software (“content”) such as timetables, advertising and menus. They are normally deployed in public areas such as retail zones, restaurants, hotels, transportation hubs and corporate offices with the content uploaded and changed remotely. There is a trend towards adding interactivity to some of these signs – it enables customers to use the screens to find out more information, and the deploying agency to gather data on customer interests and tailor the information accordingly.
